Terms and conditions
I confirm that my pet is fit, healthy and fully vaccinated. I agree that the groomer will not be held liable or responsible for irritation abrasion, patchiness or hair loss due to any pre-existing skin condition, or as a result of the process of grooming, de-matting, thinning, stripping, or shaving, or any mishap caused by my non-disclosure of my pet's medical condition or behavior. I agree to pay any extra charges that this could occur for the welfare of my pet to avoid any extra discomfort for them. If my pet bites or attempts to bite any person or pet, at the discretion of the groomer, treatment may stop and I will pay for all the work done to that point and will pay the full cost of all damages and expense my pet has caused. I will arrive and collect my pet in adequate time and will inform if running late, to prevent lateness for other client's appointment's. If I fail to drop and collect my pet at the agreed time I will pay all extra cost due. I will also make sure I am available throughout the groom in case contact is needed. If my pet harbours any parasites clear them at my expense, if they are found during mid-groom I will pay for the expense of this. If my pet's health causes concern, obtain veterinary treatment at my expense. I agree that i will supply all relevant information needed on my pet. I agree to pay any charges due to appointments cancelled without adequate notice. I accept and consent entirely to all the terms and conditions as per my client card.
No charge if given more than 24 hours notice. If less than this there will be a charge of half the price of the groom to pay. If cancelled the same day as the appointment there will be the full price of the groom to pay.
